  Food took forever to come out and i pretty much had to force my self to eat the food..everything had too much salt..better food at McDonalds..will not return and put my family threw that again..

  Terrible service! We walked in and a male employee looks at a female employee, points at her, then laughs. Very unwelcoming start. Was this a laugh at her because she had to help us and didn't want to? Not sure...but not a good start. We sat down and talked about whether we wanted to stay or not, but decided it would be better if we just drove the 19 miles to go to an IHOP where we always have good service. Note to self: it's sometimes better to sacrifice a little time to travel instead of having to deal with poor service.

  My waitress could have been better, not sure what was going on with her. Food was delicious and prepared well as always.

  Called in at 11am for order to be ready at 1:15 since i have 30 min for lunch. I went to pick up at 1:15 and there was no food. When i called to speak to manager i found out that she wrote on a paper put it on the register and when they got busy manager forgot, and the paper got thrown away. Needless to say i didnt have lunch. Thank you jims for allowing me to go hungry today! They were willing to make it fresh although problem is i cant eat the food fresh within 20 min without burning my mouth. So if ur looking for a place to eat and u have enough time, its great although todays service was very poor...
